Short version: there are no accounts and no cookies. Your progress lives in your own browser.

What the game stores

• Your progress, equipped relics and settings are saved in your browser’s local storage on your device. We never receive them.
• If you connect a wallet, the game remembers which wallet app you used, so it can reconnect without a pop-up. Disconnecting removes it.
• You can clear all of this at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It does not use cookies and does not track you across sites. It records things like page views, the referring site, country and browser type, in aggregate.

Services the site uses

• Cloudflare hosts the site, so it handles your requests like any web host.
• Google Fonts serves the fonts on this page and the home page, so Google receives your IP address when they load. The game itself uses no web fonts.
• Alchemy provides the blockchain connection. When a wallet is connected, the game sends your public wallet address to Alchemy to read which relics you have claimed.

Wallets and the blockchain

• A wallet is optional. The whole game works without one.
• Relicbound will never ask for your seed phrase or private key.
• Relic claims are public transactions on Robinhood Chain Testnet. Anyone can see a wallet address and the relics it has claimed. This cannot be deleted, because that is how blockchains work.
